Registration

Registration is now open. The deadline to register is March 23, 2026.

Registration is $175 for the in-person symposium which includes all presentations, events, and refreshments.

Remote registration (at no cost) is also available for those that are unable to physically attend. With remote registration, you will be emailed a link 24-48 hours prior to the start of the symposium to live stream the presentations.

We have a limited number of registration waivers available for graduate students or postdocs. If you need a registration waiver, please email the organizing committee at symposium@mmto.org.

Refunds are generally not allowed, however, if you have extenuating circumstances where you need to request a refund, email the organizing committee at symposium@mmto.org. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
